These conferences will be limited in size for maximum effectiveness, and registrations will be accepted in the order they are received. The National Institute for Storage Tank Management reserves the right to cancel any conference and refund all fees. A refund or the registration fee cannot be issued when a cancellation is made (post-marked) after two weeks prior to the conference date, or when a registrant fails to appear.

In the event of cancellation, it is the registrant's responsibility to contact the Institute in writing. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place at no charge.
