The National Institute For Storage Tank Management reserves the right to cancel any conference and refund all fees. A refund or the registration fee cannot be issued when a cancellation is made (postmarked) after two weeks prior to the conference date, or when a registrant fails to appear. In the event of cancellation, it is the registrant's responsibility to contact the Institute in writing. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place at no charge.
